Educational Workshops at GMSVCC

Pitch Perfect Networking ~ 11/14/24

The Greater Merrimack Souhegan Valley Chamber Education Committee is happy to share that our most recent education event was a big hit! Everyone enjoyed a tasty lunch sponsored by April Barker Paralegal while they worked on their 30-second elevator pitches with help from our moderators and worksheets.

Hal Cunha and Terri Lajoie offered great advice on how to create engaging introductions, focusing on the power of storytelling and asking interesting questions. Participants teamed up to practice and present their pitches to the group.

Our main speaker, Chelsea Browne, gave an inspiring talk about networking strategies, stressing the importance of being prepared and following up with people. She shared useful tips and tackled real-life challenges, making it a lively learning experience.

Thank you to everyone who helped make our first event a success! Keep an eye out for more programs from the Greater Merrimack Souhegan Valley Chamber Education Committee in the future. Visit our event calendar for the latest events: www.GMSVCC.org/events-calendar
