About the Show:Just Another Day, starring world renowned actors Dan Lauria and Patty McCormack, is a poignant and witty two-character play about love, memory, and connection. Marty, a retired comedy writer, and Ellen, a sharp-tongued poet, meet each day on a park bench in their assisted-living facility. As they trade jokes, stories, and movie references, fragments of their shared past surface, revealing a deep bond that persists even as memory fades. Both humorous and deeply moving, the play explores how love and creativity can endure—even when every day begins as if it were just another first meeting.
